Cyber Essentials Certification - Protect your business against cyber threats

Cyber Essentials is a government-backed cyber security certification scheme that requires the implementation of baseline controls across 5 key IT areas. When done correctly, it can prevent around 80% of cyber attacks. CMI will work with you to implement the necessary IT changes, processes and controls and guide you through successful Cyber Essentials certification.

The Cyber Essentials badge will demonstrate to customers, suppliers and insurers that your business has taken essential precautions to secure against the majority of cyber risks. Certification Process

 

  • 1 - Analysis

    One of BTA’s Security Consultants will work with you to provide a gap analysis of the requirements to attain certification.

  • 2 - Preparation

    BTA will work with you to implement the IT processes and controls to comply with the certification. We will coordinate the tests and any site visits and complete the response to the required questionnaire ready to submit for approval.

  • 3 - Application 

    BTA will manage the application process, finalise your submission and apply for the certification on your behalf.
