Having founded CMI in 2009, Ken brings his extensive experience and knowledge from over 35 years in the sector where he has led companies in the telecoms, early internet and IT services industries to significant growth and success.
Ken attributes this success to his focus on growing and developing a team of happy and talented employees, who in turn deliver the exceptional levels of service our clients deserve. Ken is actively involved in raising funds for the charitable sector in Northern Ireland where he lives, studying his ancestral roots which entails another of his great loves, travel.
Bob joined CMI in 2012 as an investor and Chairman, as the business embarked on an expansionary phase to develop CMI into a national managed IT services business.
With a wealth of experience and track record in the IT services sector, Bob brings the pragmatic input and advice where needed, energy to develop the business, and of course makes sure that we remain focused on our business excellence and governance.
Client Relationship Director
Graham joined CMI following the acquisition of his previous business in 2016, having successfully run that for business for 20 years.
Graham's absolute focus is on making sure that we consistently hold our clients central to everything that we do, and is often heard repeating our mantra "we exist to make a significant positive impact on our clients business".
Graham and his team work closely with our clients to educate, inform, and ultimately to provide technology that delivers that positive impact. Outside of the office, he is a huge supporter of Bone Cancer Research Trust and has raised over £130,000 for them in recent years.
Managed Services Director
As a founding director of CMI, Mike's passion for technology, and in particular for security, has ensured that CMI are able to provide the depth of technical expertise that our clients rely upon CMI for.
He is responsible for the operations of our managed support, security, and cloud services business. Mike works very closely with our strategic vendors to ensure that we bring the very latest innovations and security protections to our clients. Unfortunately, a Man Utd fan, but other than that a great guy to have on the team!
Client Services Director
Victoria heads up our client services teams who are ultimately responsible for ensuring the happiness of our clients that underpins the loyalty they show us.
Victoria demands the appropriate commercial systems and processes are in place that deliver an amazing level of consistency to our clients.
Also responsible within CMI for driving the adoption of our 'Client Thermometer' tool with our clients, that gives Victoria speedy insights into opportunities we have to improve the experience our clients have with CMI.
Technical Solutions Director
Previously the technical director for BTA that CMI acquired in 2019, Darron is our Technical Solutions Director.
He's responsible for the delivery of change projects to our clients; anything from small upgrade projects or large scale modern workplace transformation projects.
Darron also works with a number of our clients as their CIO to provide them with his unique blend of technical and commercial expertise. As a keen golfer, he's often found on the golf course at the weekend, (we think Victoria has enough of him in the office during the week!)
Non-exec Finance Director
Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant with extensive commercial and financial management skills within a broad range of organisations, from SME’s to multi-nationals.
Previously based in Geneva whilst working for telecoms giant SITA as Vice President, Finance. In his spare time, Jeremy is a governor of a primary school, a trustee of a Registered Charity and enjoys classical music, singing, and foreign travel.
